(More customer reviews)This is a very good ball retriever.I wanted the longest one, so I bought the 18-foot unit.This thing gets golf balls out of places other people only wish they could!The individual sections quickly lock in place with a little turn of the wrist, and unlock just as easily.You can pick up a ball with a scooping motion, or simply set the retriever down on top of the ball, which then snags it well and keeps it in place while it is being raised.This is the second of these retrievers that I have bought; the first one lasted for 12 years or so.If this one ever gets lost, stolen, or damaged so badly that it is unusable, I will buy a third one!I'm sold on this unit.
